I purchased two butterfly shrubs on May 31. By the time they arrived to my house on June 6 they were bare.

One had some blooms, but was mostly bare. The other shrub was completely bare and the pot it was delivered in was crushed on one side. I contacted Nature Hills Nursery and sent them photos of the plants. In the meantime, unsure of whether the plants could still be salvaged, I planted them.

It became clear that the nursery manager and customer service rep, Julia hadn't actually looked at the photos because she told me to plant the shrubs as they were still viable.

However, most of the photos where of the plants already in the ground. Three - four weeks later, they are STILL refusing to issue a refund for these dead bushes
